Terms of use

These terms govern your use of this deployment of the platform. They are a general template: the operator of this deployment (the "Operator") must review them, add its legal name and governing law, and adjust them to its own arrangements before going live.

The service

The platform helps a club manage its membership, voting, documents, records of money and reporting. It is a record-keeping and communication tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it does not hold or move money.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell the Operator at once if you think someone else has used it.
• Administrators may be required to use two-factor verification.
• Access depends on your membership. When a club ends your membership or you leave, your access ends.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not attempt to access records you are not entitled to see, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Club content and records

Each club is responsible for its own records, decisions and communications, including the accuracy of documents, figures, statements and tax materials it publishes through the service. Figures shown by the platform are calculated from the records the club enters and are only as accurate as those records. Check them before relying on them.

Votes recorded on the platform follow the rules the club has configured. The club's governing documents control if they conflict with how the service displays or counts a vote.

Your information

How personal information is handled is described in the privacy policy. You grant the Operator and your club the right to store and process the information you provide so that the service can be delivered.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is and as available. The Operator may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will try to give notice of material changes. Administrators can export their club's data at any time.

Limits of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service, and its total liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. The Operator may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or where required by law.
